Mary Hart is an accomplished Advertising Sales Executive with over three decades of experience delivering strategic, results-driven advertising solutions. She specializes in multi-platform campaigns across linear TV, cable, CTV, OTT, digital, print, direct mail, and out-of-home (OOH) media, helping clients increase visibility and effectively engage their target audiences.
Mary’s deep knowledge of the media landscape, combined with her data-driven approach, enables her to create tailored strategies that drive measurable impact. She has held senior leadership roles at prominent organizations including the Chicago Tribune and Comcast Advertising, where she has consistently championed innovation and client success.

Golden is an industry veteran with 30 years of experience in marketing and media strategies. She has worked with clients from various sectors, including insurance, retail, health care and non-profit organizations. Golden’s most recent accomplishment was advising a regional PAC on their digital marketing and planning, which resulted in an impactful execution across multiple platforms. Previously, Golden was part of the corporate team at Tribune Broadcasting, where she oversaw political revenue over $200mm. She was responsible for managing 42 local stations and played a key role in developing successful growth playbooks that generated significant new political revenue for the station group. Before joining Tribune, Golden served as Senior Vice President of Sales at NBC Chicago where she led a Midwest team.
